Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for generating leads, providing consultations, and closing sales for our radon mitigation services. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure seamless project execution. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience and a basic understanding of home construction, HVAC, plumbing, realtor or related fields. Essential
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through referrals, networking, and company-generated warm leads.
- Use CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Conduct thorough home assessments, including evaluating foundation type and accessibility. This may involve entering crawlspaces, basements, or other confined areas to determine the best radon mitigation approach.
- Educate homeowners, real estate agents, and businesses about radon risks and mitigation solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, explain test results, and provide tailored mitigation quotes.
- Communicate and coordinate with technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Attend trade shows, real estate events, and networking opportunities to promote services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with past and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals.

Qualifications
- Sales experience, preferably in home services, construction, real estate or environmental industries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of home construction, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in real estate, HVAC, plumbing, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of radon measurement and mitigation processes (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
