Inside Sales Flooring Specialist potential for 45k plus commissions ; 100,000k potential in first 2 years Superior Customer Service skills * Assisting customers in selecting flooring materials (carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.). * Answering customer questions about different flooring types, their pros and cons, and suitability for various applications. * Providing product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed decisions. * Assessing customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate flooring solutions. * Offering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. * Sales: * Driving sales by effectively presenting flooring options and closing deals. * Developing and maintaining relationships with customers. * Maximizing sales potential with both current and new customers. * Preparing proposals and quotes for customers. * Product Knowledge: * Understanding various flooring materials, their characteristics, and installation methods. * Staying up-to-date with new products and trends in the flooring industry. * Showroom Management: * Maintaining a clean and organized showroom. * Displaying products effectively to showcase their features. * Order Processing: * Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery. * Preparing work orders for installation. * Other Responsibilities: * Answering phones and greeting customers. * Coordinating with installation teams or contractors. * May involve assisting with inventory management. * May involve cross-selling other related products.
