Inside Sales Flooring Specialist potential for 45k plus commissions ; 100,000k potential in first 2 years Superior Customer Service skills

• Assisting customers in selecting flooring materials (carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.).
• Answering customer questions about different flooring types, their pros and cons, and suitability for various applications.
• Providing product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assessing customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
• Offering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Sales:
• Driving sales by effectively presenting flooring options and closing deals.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Maximizing sales potential with both current and new customers.
• Preparing proposals and quotes for customers.
• Product Knowledge:
• Understanding various flooring materials, their characteristics, and installation methods.
• Staying up-to-date with new products and trends in the flooring industry.
• Showroom Management:
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
