We have a lead generation process that provides qualified leads and opportunities. Responsibilities * Be the face of Jan-Pro of Maryland - demonstrate professionalism and knowledge of our cleaning services. * Meet with potential clients and offer high-quality commercial cleaning solutions. * Help meet our customers' commercial cleaning needs. * Commit to learning the Jan-Pro cleaning systems and services provided. * Commit to the sales process. * Deliver an exceptional experience from the initial point of contact through the sales process. Requirements * Sales experience in the commercial cleaning or related service industry is a plus. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, CRM experience, etc. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively. * Be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations. * B2B / Service Industry / Hospitality Service experience a plus. Job Type: Salary + Commission We require our reps to manage their schedules effectively to meet sales goals.
