Full description of the position

NOTE: This is Front Desk-Sales Coordinator Hybrid position. 2-3 shifts will be office focused with the other 2-3 being worked at the front desk with the expectation that email can still be monitored for important sales matters while also working the desk.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating activities, managing accounts, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and contribute to our overall sales success.

Duties
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking sales metrics, and updating CRM systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings. Experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales management processes and territory sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management and direct sales techniques.
  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
