Allstate Roofing & More, LLC is currently looking to add 4-6, full-time individuals to our sales team. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 4-6 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their Roofing projects, insurance claims, solar estimates, and gutter/gutter protection needs.

• No experience? No problem. Allstate Roofing & More, LLC delivers a sales training program developing a fully capable proficient representative within 10 days. Individuals we hire receive training on basic roofing, storm damage, gutters/gutter protection and solar knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their roofing needs so prior experience is not necessary. If you do have prior experience then we can show you the best way and be on a winning team. We are a growing company with advancement opportunities in our markets.

: Average Annual Income $100,000. Competitive commission structure. Commissions paid on all completed projects.

Qualifications

: Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers. Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a driver 's license. Must have a high school education or GED. Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management. Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.

Responsibilities

and duties of the position: Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors and damages. Marketing/lead generation for new prospects. Inspecting and documenting homes for damage. Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
