Inside Sales Representative Location: Arcadia Assisted Living - On-site Job Type: Full-time Are you passionate about helping others and driven to succeed in sales? Arcadia Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with prospective residents and families to understand their needs and guide them toward a solution that fits
• Use empathy to recognize individual circumstances while driving the sales process
• Identify root causes and motivators to help close the sale with a personalized approach
• Overcome objections and build trust throughout the decision-making process
• Expand and maintain the lead database through cold calls, follow-ups, and relationship-building
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and deadlines

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience in healthcare or a related field
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently
