Join our team as an Outdoor Sales Consultant! Oaks Roofing and Siding and Graves Brothers Home Improvement are leading providers of residential exterior home improvement specializing in Roofing, Siding, Windows/Doors and Gutters. With a strong presence in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany and and as we continue to grow, we are seeking energetic and driven Marketing Specialists to generate leads for our companies. You will be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, engaging directly with homeowners to present our products and services.

Responsibilities

:

• Conducting door-to-door canvassing in residential areas to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Accurately record customer information and market data.
• Attend team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies Oaks and Graves.
• Work independently while representing Oaks and Graves at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in customer engagement sales.
• A passion for interacting with people and explaining product benefits.
• Strong persuasive and communication skills.
• Enjoyment of outdoors work and engaging with homeowners.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Physically able to stand and walk for long periods. This position earns a commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $35,000-$49,000 annually with potentially higher earning through uncapped commissions.
