Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside sales and account management, with the ability to effectively market our products and services to potential clients. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory. * Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. * Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. * Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers showcasing our products and services. * Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in territory sales and account management. * Strong inside sales skills with a focus on building relationships and closing deals. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer information and sales processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive selling. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
