Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside sales and account management, with the ability to effectively market our products and services to potential clients.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
• Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers showcasing our products and services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills
• Proven experience in territory sales and account management.
• Strong inside sales skills with a focus on building relationships and closing deals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer information and sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive selling.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
