Current or previous BDC experience is a plus but not required. In this role, you will be helping our Product Specialists follow up, set appointments, and help them complete their everyday tasks. Responsibilities

• Follows up with sales appointments
• Monitor incoming leads and assign them to the Product Specialist.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with sales teams, and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
