What We Offer * Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year * Compensation: Uncapped commission + Lucrative bonuses * Training: 3 weeks of paid, in-depth training * Territory: East & West Baton Rouge, Ascension Parish, and Lafayette area (travel up to 1.5 hours) * Benefits Package: * 401(k) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid training & professional development * Employee discounts * Referral bonuses Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions * Use the Re-Bath sales system to guide prospects through the design and sales process * Generate and close leads to meet sales goals * Accurately complete contracts and documentation * Review payment and financing options with customers * Collaborate with team members and attend weekly sales meetings * Participate in local and corporate training sessions * Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up Who You Are * A motivated sales professional with 1+ year of in-home sales experience * A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Self-driven and goal-oriented * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Physically able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs * Available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed * Must be 21+ , with a valid driver 's license and reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Re-Bath Southern Louisiana?
