Re-Bath Southern Louisiana is a leader in bathroom remodeling, known for delivering top-notch service and beautiful transformations. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to join our sales team in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette areas. What We Offer

• Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year

Compensation

: Uncapped commission + Lucrative bonuses

• Training: 3 weeks of paid, in-depth training
• Territory: East & West Baton Rouge, Ascension Parish, and Lafayette area (travel up to 1.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Use the Re-Bath sales system to guide prospects through the design and sales process
• Generate and close leads to meet sales goals
• Accurately complete contracts and documentation
• Review payment and financing options with customers
• Collaborate with team members and attend weekly sales meetings
• Participate in local and corporate training sessions
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up

Who You Are

• A motivated sales professional with 1+ year of in-home sales experience
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Must be 21+ , with a valid driver 's license and reliable transportation
