Are you passionate about technology and helping others find the perfect mobile solutions? At Elevate and Thrive, Inc. , we're seeking motivated and personable Sales Associates to be the face of our retail team. As a key part of our customer experience, you'll help people stay connected by guiding them through the latest in mobile technology--from phones and accessories to service plans and setups. What You 'll Do:

• Engage with Customers: Greet shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend the best mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
• Drive Sales: Promote new products and current deals while working to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Stay Informed: Keep current with mobile tech trends, product updates, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Support Customers: Help with product setup, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general service questions.
• Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other sales associates to foster a high-energy, team-driven environment. What We 're Looking For:
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, especially in mobile or consumer electronics.
• Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a bonus.
• A passion for technology and helping others find the right solution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. What We Offer:
