Job Overview We're looking for ambitious, team player and fashion forward team members to join our sales associates fam! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our products, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Duties * Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions. Cash handling experience required. * Demonstrate product knowledge. * Responsible for producing quality jewelry for customers and displays. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed correctly. * Communicate effectively with customers and team members to keep a collaborative work environment. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications CURRENT AVAILABILITY HIRING FOR: must be able to work 2-3 days per work including Saturdays and/or Sundays. PM shifts from 3-8PM. * 18+ and/or GED must not be in high school currently. * A passion for jewelry, sales and helping customers find the right products for their needs. * Ability and willingness to work alone at some times. * Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
