Full description of the position

Job Duties: * Accounts Receivable: Managing and recording incoming payments, invoicing, customers and ensuring timely collection. * Accounts Payable: Assist with processing and recording outgoing payments, managing vendor invoices. * Bill Entry: Assist with handling the entry and processing of bills, invoices and sales tax credits. * Insurance: Managing subcontractors and jobsite insurance and assist with compliance. * Communication: Collaborating with other departments, vendors and clients to related queries. We are seeking someone with good attention to detail, organization skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are crucial for success in this role. Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and BuildOps experience is a plus!
