Greensboro optometrist with a fast-paced environment is seeking positive and energetic applicants willing to learn and grow in a well-established practice. Fitting and dispensing: working from prescriptions to fit and dispense glasses and contacts . Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of products. . Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience. . Provide support in medical billing processes as needed. . Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. . Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. . Experience with medical records management . Familiarity with laboratory procedures and retail sales techniques. . Ability to interpret vital signs and communicate effectively with clients. . Proficient in retail math for accurate transaction processing. . Excellent communication skills, both verbaI and written, to engage effectively with customers. . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. . A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence. to our team environment! Assist with contact lens fittings and adjustments - Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance - Process orders for eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products - Assist with frame selection and fitting for patients -Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Knowledge of electronic medical records system is a plus - Familiarity with optical terminology and procedures - Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred - Understanding of senior care needs in relation to eye health - Strong customer service skills with a background in retail management or sales Job Type: Full-time
