Superior Wholesale Distributors is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join their sales team in Allen County. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current customers, making daily sales calls to established accounts, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service orientation, basic computer skills, and a reliable vehicle. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Hours: * 40-45 hours per week, M-F Qualifications: * Basic computer skills * Must have reliable personal transportation * Sales experience is a plus but not required * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with current customers in Allen County Responsibilities: * Make daily sales calls to existing clients in Allen County, promoting and selling their diverse range of products, including frozen and refrigerated items, paper goods, dry food products, tobacco items, candy, and snacks * Process customer orders and transmit them to the office for fulfillment * Work closely with office staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered the next day * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to current customers * Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service Pay & Benefits: * Company health insurance program * 401(k) program * Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development * Salary starting at $75,000 to $85,000 annually To Apply: Please submit your resume to [please apply online] with "Outside Sales Rep" in the subject line.
