For someone who thrives on relationships and knows how to grow sales -- this is the role. This outside sales role is all about trust, relationships, and results. Based in the Portland metro area, you'll spend 4 days a week visiting customers, 1 day working from your home office, and will travel to our Snohomish greenhouse once a month. Ideal for a driven, retail-savvy salesperson who cares about doing great work and growing strong partnerships. You 'll succeed in this role if you are: Passionate about creating personal connections and building strong relationships through in-person interactions. Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented Motivated by growth, both personally and professionally, with a focus on driving business success. Experienced in retail or wholesale sales It helps if you also: Know the houseplant or horticultural industry Have established customer relationships within the territory Feel at ease in fast-changing, less-structured environments This is a relationship-first sales role with a company built on continuous improvement, care, ownership, and team spirit.
