You must have prior success selling disaster restoration and remediation services in a highly competitive environment. You have a proven track record of prospecting success and can easily explain how you will build and maintain a full pipeline. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships. Your high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and consistent follow-through enables you to build and develop your markets. You should be proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our team. Experience with consultative selling or solution selling is helpful. Familiarity with disaster restoration and professional cleaning services also helpful. You must have a growth mindset and be comfortable leveraging technology. Our client has 39 years of experience in disaster restoration and remediation services. Our team can help clients navigate the complex insurance process with ease and get back to business as quickly as possible. We are experts in both residential and commercial damage restoration throughout Connecticut and Texas.
