Responsibilities * Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program * Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Guide buyers, obtain signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right properties * Act as a representative and negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers * Keep tasks and activities current using PLACE Technology * Conduct two open houses each month * Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Participate in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards * Engage in team activities following team guidelines * Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market them effectively * Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications * You have a natural enthusiasm and competitive spirit for sales. * Proficient in building relationships, identifying client needs, and offering solutions. * Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. * You handle objections effortlessly. * Committed to delivering outstanding service as an effective communicator. * Team player with a collaborative mindset. * Holds a valid real estate license. * More than 3 years of experience in real estate sales. * Excellent in both written and verbal communication. * Motivated to learn and driven by growth. * Exceptionally organized. * Willing to master scripts and dialogues. * Excellent at managing time efficiently.
