Job Responsibilities: * Go out on face to face meeting with home owners and commercial landlords. Conduct a site vsit, deliver the value proposition and provide an estimate. * Will take ownership of the relationship for the full sale cycle which includes follow-up phone calls to prospective clients. *Leads are provided to the sales rep * Conduct a thorough needs assessments and present tailored HVAC solutions to clients, demonstrating product knowledge and value. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.Qualifications: * Previous experience in HVAC sales or a related field is preferred. * Sales experience is a must. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Must have a car and be willing to drive around the NYC metro area * Can conduct face-to-face meetings with clients in both residential and commercial settings.
