We are looking for passionate pet lovers who want to help improve the lives of companion animals. THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL JOB. MUST have prior retail experience and be willing to engage with customers. This position is for our Oak Ridge location. Please map this location to ensure drive time is manageable. Best 4K9 is a family-owned small business with 3 locations serving the Triad with a strong emphasis on building long term customer relationships. We are looking for excellent candidates that can help us grow and reach as many pet parents as possible. Responsibilities of the job include: * Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. * Operating point of sale system, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. * Managing opening and closing procedures * Achieving established goals. * Directing customers to merchandise within the store. * Increasing in store sales. * Superior product knowledge. * Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. * Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. * Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
