If you're the type of person who believes grit and effort are key to success--and you're seeking a company that rewards that mindset--we'd love to meet you.See Why Our RSRs Like Fikes:*Watch Now* Why Join Fikes? * Monday-Friday schedule with limited pre-scheduled weekend work * Ongoing Sales, Operational, and Leadership Training * Recession-proof company with strong growth opportunities Responsible for: Warehouse Operations * Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory * Pull and prepare orders for the RSR team and weekly pickups * Assist with loading/unloading service vehicles * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy * Monitor inventory to avoid stockouts or overstocking * Communicate with HQ regarding inventory levels, movement, & product demand * Flag products that are stagnant or not being actively sold Route Sales & Delivery * Deliver products safely, efficiently, and professionally * Build strong relationships with existing customers * Identify customer needs and offer additional products/services * Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection * Restock and maintain service vehicles for daily operations Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Hourly Pay: $21-$24 DOE. * Aggressive 401(k) plan available with up to 4% company matching. * Comprehensive dental and health insurance coverage. * Employer-paid Life Insurance policy. * Generous paid time off. * Performance-driven increases & bonuses, with rewards for exceptional achievements. * Schedule: Full-time: Monday to Friday.
