Sales & Marketing Coordinator Seal Masters of Hawaii - Honolulu, HI Full-time | $52,000 -$60,000 per year In-person | Monday -Friday

Seal Masters of Hawaii is a trusted construction company specializing in concrete repair, waterproofing, and exterior building renovations. For over 35 years, we've helped protect and enhance Hawaii's buildings with expert craftsmanship and a client-first approach. We're growing and looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us manage client communication, support our leadership team, and strengthen our brand through engaging content and organized outreach. What You 'll Do Sales Support & Coordination

• Manage company inbox and calendar (site visits, bids, deadlines)
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
• Track leads and follow-ups using BuilderTrend CRM
• Assist with agendas and documentation for weekly sales meetings
• Maintain organized project folders and documentation Marketing & Content Creation
• Capture and edit photos/videos at job sites (Reels, timelapses, before/afters)
• Draft captions and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Help build and manage a monthly content calendar
• Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for basic graphic and video editing
• (Optional) Operate drone for aerial content What We 're Looking For
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms
• Experience with short-form video trends and scheduling tools
• Proactive individual with creative ideas and a professional mindset
• Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation required
