We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with sales transactions, maintain inventory, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell items. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. - Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. - Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
