Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales administration, benefits administration, and market analysis. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a knack for negotiating deals while maintaining relationships with clients. As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. We are an agency specializing in Worksite Insurance benefits offered to all size employers through Combined, a Chubb company. We have untouched territories available in Ponca City, Durant, Lawton, Bartlesville, Wichita Falls Kansas, Ft. Smith, Siloam Springs and Fayetteville.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the territory.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Manage outside sales activities, including telemarketing efforts to generate leads and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Provide regular reports on territory performance, including insights on market conditions and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and sales administration processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
