We are a highly experienced group of technology experts that have been providing IT solutions and support to small and medium-sized businesses in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas for over 15 years. As a growing company we are currently seeking a Sales and Support Operations Assistant. This position requires dedication, persistence, problem solving, follow-up, effective utilization of resources and unbeatable, personalized customer service. Position Details: * Answering and directing incoming calls * Handling administrative requests and queries * Planning, setting and attending key company meetings while taking detailed meeting minutes * Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies as needed * Follow up on service requests and sales quotes Requirements * Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task * High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus Experience with CRM is a plus
