Job Overview We are seeking a Real Estate Specialist with an entrepreneurial outlook that is looking for high earning potential to join our team. As an example we back our specialists with $500,000 for our buy and flip spec program which is extremely profitable. *Details to be provided in the interview Responsibilities * Assist clients in selling properties by understanding their needs and preferences. * Work with the marketing team to identify property values and trends in the local real estate market and choose the best marketing strategies to implement in order to promote listings effectively. * Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. * Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. * Maintain an organized database of client information and property listings. * Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing practices. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. Qualifications * College degree, experience in sales or experience in real estate is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe. 100% course reimbursement will be provided upon completion.
