Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about various insurance policies.
• Payments and policy changes.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills
• Must have a TN property & casualty license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
