We showcase an incredible collection of handmade Native American jewelry , Navajo rugs , Pueblo pottery , Zuni fetishes , sand paintings , and local artwork across several unique gallery locations. As a Gallery Associate , you'll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain a welcoming, well-curated environment. This position offers the opportunity to work at any of our gallery locations as needed, with hourly pay ranging from $14.81 -$18.50 plus commission incentives, room for growth, and a supportive team in a stunning, culturally rich setting. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their preferences and assist them in finding the perfect pieces. * Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of jewelry and displays by regularly cleaning and polishing them. * Maintain inventory levels by restocking items as needed to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing display. * Provide detailed information about specific pieces to customers, including the materials, craftsmanship, and cultural significance. * Follow established security protocols to safeguard valuable merchandise and maintain a secure environment for both customers and staff. * Fulfill any additional duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the gallery and enhance the customer experience. Requirements: * Collaborative team player dedicated to achieving sales goals. * Provides outstanding customer service for enhanced client satisfaction. * Quick learner mastering new concepts efficiently. * Maintains a positive attitude. * Proactively takes initiative to address challenges. * Proficient in resourceful problem-solving. * Possesses minimum one-year sales experience with proven success. * Prior knowledge of jewelry/artwork is preferred.
