Summary Description Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the field? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct market assessments, and assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your expertise will be vital in navigating clients through the complexities of the real estate market, enabling them to make informed choices. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, we want to connect with you! Responsibilities * Graduate from New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
