Outgoing person with strong written, verbal and sales skills needed to work in a busy credit union call center. General Responsibilities include: * Assisting Members with questions or problems concerning their accounts * Offering additional credit union products * Completing initial loan interview and application Working knowledge of financial services and loan application preferred. Must be able to type 35 wpm and have a pleasant & professional speaking voice. Eagle Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
