Parts Counter and Salesperson Stark Street Lawn and Garden, Oregon's premier Stihl and Honda power equipment dealer, is looking for a motivated and reliable parts counter salesperson to work at our new Oregon City location. The Oregon City team is known to provide excellent customer service through efficient diagnosis and solution-based servicing for a variety of small equipment. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Selling parts and equipment and taking inventory of stock in storage and, if necessary, on shelves
• Recommend parts and service to customers
• Maintain and Build relationships with customers
• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Follows up on customer service issues by reporting to manager
• Can effectively and accurately read parts diagram
• Assembles equipment and can start equipment Successful candidates:
• Shows up for work
• Assist in keeping store clean and orderly
• Self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills
• Quick learner
• Perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment
• Answer telephone calls
• Handle cash and other forms of payment
• Is familiar with computers Must be able to work Saturdays Knowledge of small engines are preferred but not necessary: Stihl, Honda, Briggs and Stratton, Cub Cadet, Toro, Echo, Shindaiwa Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
