Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and close sales, particularly in the energy and solar sectors. The Sales Representative will work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing various software tools including Salesforce to manage leads and track progress. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. * Present and promote our energy solutions, including solar products, to prospective customers. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale. * Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or outside sales roles. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in energy sales or solar sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple accounts effectively.
