Key Responsibilities: * Research and identify businesses that could benefit from recruitment and staffing services. * Build and maintain an organized database of prospective clients. * Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to engage decision-makers. * Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior business developers. * Proactively identify opportunities and use creative outreach strategies to connect with prospects. * Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to support company growth. Qualifications: * 0 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation. * Strong motivation to learn, grow, and achieve goals. * Comfort with outbound cold calling and proactive outreach. * Ability to think creatively and adapt messaging to different client needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
