Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining merchandise displays, and contributing to overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with shoppers Process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory levels Tag and stock new merchandise accurately Operate monogramming equipment and apply vinyl designs Execute daily store opening and closing duties Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations Follow all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
