This is a life-changing opportunity for those who are willing to work hard and invest in our business's success. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Meets dealership sales goals * Writes and processes complete sales paperwork in accordance with dealership policies * Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems * Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager * Attends sales meetings * Conducts business in an enthusiastic, ethical, and professional manner * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot * Offers test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customers before test drive * Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase * Conducts follow up sales calls to all customers * Directs report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses * Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED required * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong customer service skills * Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends * Team oriented * Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record Company Description Laura Automotive Group is the largest volume GMC dealer in the United States, proudly serving customers with an unmatched commitment to value, quality and excellence.
