Job Description

At the MBS Group (Matherly Business Solutions, LLC), we are a diverse team of Ambassadors for our communities that educate and serve with wisdom, integrity, and passion. We meet with Business Owners face-to-face to listen to their needs and offer solutions such as attractive benefits packages, enrollment technology, and much more. We are seeking to fill a Business Development Representative position. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, sales management, and communication. The position offers the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals. Entry level and experienced sales candidates are welcome. We offer:

Compensation

is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process and includes a high level of deferred compensation including Renewal Income (Similar to "Royalties" from Record Sales), Bonuses, and a Fully Vested Stock Bonus program.
