Role Overview: As the Education Market Leader (EML) for the Pacific Northwest region, you will be Kay-Twelve's primary point of connection with schools and districts throughout this area. Your role is centered on building trust, creating opportunities, and helping school and district leaders design learning environments that reflect their values and vision. With your leadership, schools will be empowered to create spaces that support equity, student well- being, and future-ready learning outcomes. To join our team, please apply here instead of on Indeed: [please apply online] Key Responsibilities * Build and nurture authentic, long-lasting relationships with school leaders, district superintendents, and education partners across the Pacific Northwest region. * Develop new business opportunities through trust-based engagement, meaningful conversations, and personalized support for schools and districts. * Lead discovery meetings, conduct learning environment assessments, and guide strategic planning sessions to help schools identify their needs and goals. * Facilitate Guided Collaboration Workshops (GCWs) to align school visions with design solutions, ensuring collaborative planning throughout the process. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, operations, and logistics) to ensure that projects move smoothly from vision to installation, ensuring that all stakeholder goals are met. * Manage opportunities and track outreach via HubSpot CRM, maintaining an organized pipeline and aligning efforts with Kay-Twelve's business objectives. * Represent Kay-Twelve at local education events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and strengthen relationships within the region. * Advocate for the creation of learner-centered spaces that support equity, well-being, and 21st-century learning outcomes ensuring that the designs align with current educational priorities and regional values. To join our team, please apply here instead of on Indeed: [please apply online] Requirements: * 3-5+ years of experience in education, ideally in teaching, instructional coaching, administration, or school leadership. * Strong understanding of the K-12 landscape, especially the district structures, educational priorities, and challenges unique to the Pacific Northwest. * Master's degree (preferred) in education, educational leadership, curriculum & instruction, or a related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships across diverse groups. * Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). * Ability to work autonomously while managing your schedule and balancing multiple priorities. * Skilled in consultative conversations, asking the right questions to understand needs and guide strategy effectively. * Willingness to travel regionally (up to 25-40%) for in-person meetings, workshops, and school visits. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and relationships at various stages. * Genuine passion for education, equity, and the creation of learner-centered, transformative learning environments.
