Duties

• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
• Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone, providing information about products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively showcase items.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase average transaction value.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not required.
