American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team. We have an opportunity to work at the Bellevue location as well as other Nashville, Brentwood, and Spring Hill locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options. Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are not selling a product, but you are selling a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!. Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities: * Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet * Schedule FREE water tests with homeowners; call the lead into the Call Center to confirm their appointment on the spot * Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations Promotions Rep Benefits: * Flexible weekly schedule * Paid each week with an option for daily pay * Uncapped bonus opportunity * Year-end Bonus! * Opportunity for full-time employment with benefits (including health insurance) * Opportunity for growth within the company Promotions Rep Qualifications: * Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm * Excellent communication and persuasion skills * Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently * Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) * Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift * Reliable transportation * Must be able to pass a background check American Home Design is a locally owned and operated home improvement company proudly serving Middle TN for over 45 years.
