Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle the listing and sale of REO properties
• Conduct property valuations (BPOs) and market analysis
• Coordinate with asset managers and lenders
• Manage marketing, showings, and negotiations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations

Requirements

:

• Active real estate license
• Experience in REO, BPOs, or similar is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
• Proficient in market analysis and valuation
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
