Full description of the position

Job Summary: The Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting our hospitality clients and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This hybrid role requires both strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, as it combines behind- the-scenes organization with front-line relationship building. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for hotel staff and management, ensuring that service issues, requests, and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, improving communication, and strengthening long-term partnerships with our hotel clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: * Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with hotel management and staff. * Serve as the go-to person for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. * Proactively check in with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns. Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: * Track and respond to customer service requests and complaints in a timely manner. * Coordinate with internal departments (production, delivery, billing) to ensure follow-through on customer needs. * Maintain a service log of customer interactions and resolutions. * Administrative Duties: * Keep accurate and organized records of service issues, customer preferences, and communications. * Assist with preparing reports on customer satisfaction, complaint trends, and service metrics. * Help manage delivery schedules and special requests from clients. * Communication & Coordination: * Ensure clear, consistent communication between internal teams and external clients. * Support the operations team with updates from customers that impact service delivery. * Attend on-site customer visits or meetings as needed. Qualifications & Traits: * Prior experience in an account manager role, preferably in hospitality, logistics, or service industries. With face to face client management interaction preferred. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Dynamic and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
