Come as you are In this role, you will be responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in friendly conversation, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods. * Introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy and answer basic questions. * Capture lead information accurately and schedule follow-up appointments for our solar sales team. * Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation targets. * Track and report on leads in a timely manner. * Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times. Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence in starting conversations with new people. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Basic knowledge of solar or renewable energy is a plus (training provided). * Reliable transportation to cover assigned territories. * Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
