Come Be Part of a Mission that Matters! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Productivity Rep to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the sales team operate efficiently by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to sales representatives and account managers. * Prepare quotes, product sheets, and sales presentations tailored to the food safety industry. * Respond to customer inquiries about products, order status, and delivery timelines. * Investigate retail fines and enter disputes with customers. * Maintain accurate customer and product information in our CRM (Salesforce or similar). * Assist new customer onboarding. * Track orders to ensure timely fulfillment and proactively communicate with sales representatives about any updates. * Create and distribute sales reports, tracking key metrics like order volume and customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes. Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; background in food science, business, or a related field a plus. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Customer-first attitude and a passion for food safety and quality.
