Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns, while also maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including their features, benefits, and prices. - Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records. - Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. - Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure the store is clean and organized. - Utilize basic math skills to operate a cash register and calculate discounts. - Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - Utilize phone etiquette to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. - Supervise and support other sales associates as needed. Experience: - Previous retail sales experience is highly desirable. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. - Basic math skills and experience with cash registers. - Bilingual skills are an asset.
