In this role, you will oversee agency operations, drive sales initiatives, and lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve our business goals. This position is vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the insurance agency.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Train, mentor, and support agency staff in achieving their sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and insurance providers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. License in Health Insurance helpful.
