We are now seeking a Productivity Coach to join our leadership team and mentor the next generation of top producers. The Productivity Coach plays a vital role in helping our non-capping agents reach Capper status. As a key member of the Market Center leadership team, you'll coach, consult, and hold associates accountable to achieve results-- while helping grow our office through agent engagement and performance development. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Coach new and non-capping agents to productivity and profitability through our Productivity Coaching Program. * Recruit and consult with agents on achieving Capper status. * Hold group and individual coaching sessions with agents to review KPIs and action plans. * Collaborate with leadership to build a dynamic training calendar. * Promote coaching opportunities at orientation, team meetings, real estate schools, and career nights. * Maintain high levels of attendance in coaching and leadership. * Master the Keller Williams models, systems, and tools preferred (Ignite, BOLD, CGI, MREA, etc.). Qualifications: * Active real estate license in the state of Arizona * Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience * Proven track record of 20+ closed transactions in a single year. * Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and coaching skills. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Passion for helping others grow and succeed. * Ideal Traits: * High responsiveness and adaptability. * Results-driven with a positive mindset. * Strong problem-solving and coaching aptitude. * Growth-minded, KW MAPS-trained or coachable. * Compensation: * Base salary + performance bonuses (dependent on experience). Additional benefits may include health insurance, Profit Share, and growth opportunities within our market centers and beyond. * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Ability to Relocate: Gilbert, AZ 85296: Relocate before starting work (Required). * Work Location: In person.
