Responsibilities

:

• Assist in the development /improvement of ADM sales department goals.
• Assist Sales Advisors in the Prepare presentations and setting up meetings for OSA.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales for quotation making.
• Responsible for timely collection for ADM.
• Assist In providing customer service with regard to customer complaints and inquiries.
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock-ups, e-mail campaigns, online promotions, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with the execution of trade shows if any
• Assist in performing analysis of marketing and sales data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline
• Enter contact information into ERP
• Provide support to social media efforts if any.
• Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
• Assist in researching potential consultants through various sourcing channels for freelancers as may be assigned.
• Perform other tasks as required To qualify, you must:
• 1-3 years experience in outside sales
• Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Superior interpersonal skills
