KEY*RESPONSIBILITIES The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public. HOURS* * Part Time Position * Up to 29 hours per week Weekend, weekday & holiday availability necessary! Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus! QUALIFICATIONS* * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum age of 21 years' old * Must own Reliable Transportation -Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver's License * Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required THE*LOCATION The location will be at our new American Flag Storage facility at 311 West JJ Drive, Greensboro, NC 27406.
